Self-confidence, perseverance, teamwork – all the traits that are shaped on the football field will serve them in life, helping them become successful and responsible citizens.

The Delta Warszawa Sports Club has operated by Czerniakowskie Lake since 1955. We know that football was also played here earlier, at least since the interwar period. From the very beginning, players were dressed in uniforms with characteristic yellow-red colors, the presence of which in the club's history continues to this day.
The connection between Delta and WZM was very close, part of the name of the plant was used, which was affiliated with similar plants in one Association. The leading role in the Association was played by the WZM Delta plant in Mielec. Warsaw WZM activists, in order to gain a sponsor and unite decision-makers in the plant, added the "Delta" component to the club's name. Thus, the full name of the club was - Warsaw Mechanical Works Delta Warszawa.
Kazimierz Wijata, putting the good of the club above his own "ego", initiated changes in the club's authorities in 2001, attracting professionals associated with professional football, ready to set new standards and reverse the trend of the decline of well-known football brands.
Our club is gaining more and more publicity, and the successes of our graduates are increasingly recognizable. Thanks to high quality training and a path to a professional career, we have raised thousands of boys, including over a dozen professional footballers.
