Permanent Residence Card
A permanent residence card is a document that allows a foreigner to reside in Poland legally and indefinitely. It is issued, among others, to persons of Polish origin, spouses of Polish citizens, or individuals who meet specific legal requirements. The card grants the right to permanent residence and employment in Poland without the need for additional permits. It also allows free travel within the Schengen area for up to 90 days within a 180-day period. The holder of the card has access to the healthcare system, education, and many social rights.
