EU Resident Card

**EU Resident Card** is a document that confirms the status of a long-term resident of the European Union in Poland. It is granted to foreigners who have legally and continuously resided in Poland for at least 5 years, have a stable source of income, and health insurance. This card allows permanent residence and employment in Poland without the need for additional permits, free travel within the Schengen area for up to 90 days within a 180-day period, and also enables relocation to other EU countries for work or study – in accordance with local regulations. The holder of the card also has access to healthcare, education, and social rights.
