Temporary Stay Card

Karta pobytu czasowego –It is a document that allows a foreigner to legally stay in Poland for more than 3 months. It is issued for a period of up to 3 years based on, among others, employment, studies, running a business, or family reunification. It grants the right to live and work in Poland, as well as to travel within the Schengen Area for up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
